Frequently asked questions
No, you do not have to order prints through my lab, unless prints are included with your package. I'd highly recommend ordering through my professional print lab I utilize. They're wonderful and print images true to color. If you choose to order your own prints from another lab, I will have you sign a print release and disclosure about print quality and colors.
Professional photographers, as myself truly enjoy our work. Which reflects on the quality of your photos, setups, print quality and the overall experience. Together we will capture the best moments to get the most out of each portrait and session. I strive to only provide the very best to my clients.
Most sessions require preparation for an appointment. Preparations include pre-planning, set up, along with purchased items. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the requested appointment, I kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment. Please provide me with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. My cancelation policy requires you to contact me directly 402.267.9626, if canceling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please leave a detailed message if there's no answer. This is to ensure I receive your cancelation notice. Thank you.
No, but they are transferable to another date and time for a session. If for some reason you have to cancel and reschedule your current session the initial deposit will be honored for the rescheduled session.
Client galleries are kept on my website for up to 2 weeks. During this two weeks clients have the opportunity to pick through which images they like best. After the client picks their favorites, depending on the package chosen I will provide them with a USB drive for safe keeping. After the 2 weeks the gallery is taken down and archived in my files, in case you ever need to access them in the future. I do charge a fee to access the archived files. If you ever need to access the archived gallery, simply send me an email with your name and date of your session.

Yes, I am required by the State of Nebraska to charge sales tax on my sessions. Due to I offering physical items being sold at the time of the session. All my sessions, the client is offered more then just digital images, so I am therefore required to charge sales tax. The sales tax in Weeping Water, NE is 7% on the final sale.
All clients are required to sign a client contract, a model release, and I offer a print release with copyright restrictions. The model release has a yes or no option to participate in promotional news and marketing. If you chose you don't want your photos used on social media, or marketing, and or promotional news, they will never be shared. I take my clients wishes very seriously. My packages do offer a Facebook and Instagram showcase, but we can discuss what you feel comfortable sharing.
